- Purchaser Name
- product name and model no
- product serial no
- Bill no and date
- Nature of problem
- Present place of laptop
- Contact no to be contacted for support.
While logging a call, customer will get a unique trouble ticket no and for any future transactions trouble ticket no has to be quoted.
