“Product for Demo” Policy:

STOLT, as part of its support to our Reselling Partners, provides any of its products to its Authorised Partners on “Free of Cost” basis for Limited Time Period – 15 Days

The requested product Sample will be issued to the Authorised Partner along with a sale invoice. The partner has 15 days to return back the product to STOLT Warehouse on Housr Road, Bangalore in its original usable state and obtain a credit note for the same.

If a gifting partner or reseller (other than STOLT Authorised Partner) will have to buy the product by paying the product cost as per the price list and Product can be returned back to STOLT Warehouse in kudlugate hosur road within 15 days and obtain a credit note for the same.

If the Sample is not returned back within 15 days or in any damaged/non-usable state, we will be considering the transaction as a SALE and the payment for the invoice amount needs to be made by the partner.

The Product Sample will be billed as per the price list only

Steps for placing Sample Order/Picking up/Return

1) Contact your respective Sales Co-Ordinator for your sample requirement.
2) Send the purchase order and make payment as per the payment terms.
3) Products will be delivered to your office free of cost without any personalisation.
4) Partners and customers will have 15 days to evaluate the product and to return to STOLT.
5) If partner wishes to send back the product, it should be in original and usable state and should be delivered to our registered head office.
6) It is partners responsibility to collect the credit note once the product is returned.
7) If by chance the returned product is either damaged or not in a saleable state or returned later than 15 days from date of pickup, the same will be informed on the spot and the transaction will be considered as a Sale

Terms and Conditions: -

· Team STOLT decision is final in terms of evaluating the product status when received
· STOLT reserves the right to accept or deny the sample orders without giving any reason
· STOLT will deliver the product required for demo but customer has to return to our Head office in his own expense.
