Shipping And Delivery Policy

We understand that everyone who orders from us is eager to receive products as soon as possible and we do our best to make this happen. We offer free shipping on all orders placed on

  • Every order can be shipped only to a single address mentioned at the time of ordering.
  • Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners and all deliveries will take min 3 to 7 working days.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
  • All orders are shipped with an invoice from STOLT. In the event of missing invoice, pls visit our website, login with your credentials and download invoice from order section.
  • A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to registered mail id and mobile to track the orders.
  • As of now we are accepting only prepaid orders only.
  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact STOLT Support immediately.
  • If packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package we will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
